I am currently the Chief Operations Officer at Linar Insurance. I am responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all Operational, Actuarial and Risk management related activities within the business as well as supporting the business in the formulation and execution of its strategic objectives.

As an actuary and a leader, responsible for executing on various objectives over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to home in on the technical actuarial expertise that I have developed over the years. More importantly I have leveraged my strong business acumen and emotional intelligence to design solutions to complex financial problems brought forth by people who in their very nature are complicated beings. I have dedicated myself to a philosophy of continuous learning to ensure that I remain relevant and an industry expert in my field of practice. Along the way, I have developed a passion for driving intentional inclusivity, authenticity and empathetic leadership and have dedicated myself to increasing my knowledge on these subjects and incorporating them into my leadership style and approach.

I believe that the best solutions are curated through effective collaboration, and I have been fortunate to be able to inspire the continuation of those values in the teams that I have led and been a part of.
